We will serve Kindergarten through 5th grade students for the 2025-2026 school year with plans to add 6th grade the following year and additional grades in subsequent years. Starting with the younger grades ensures a solid base and foundation for the beginnings of our school, as our dream is to eventually be K-12.

Each grade will have its own dedicated classroom at Grace Baptist Church. Every room will be uniquely themed for a fun, engaging learning experience – a jungle room, sunshine room, mountain room, and more!

With a teacher-student ratio of 1:15, we ensure personalized attention for each child. We’ve also hired a Bible teacher to guide all students in their faith.

In addition to our classroom learning, we’re passionate about getting students out into the community and outdoors! We’ll offer exciting service and leadership opportunities, helping kids grow spiritually and develop as leaders.

At Waverly Christian, God’s Word is at the center of every area of study. Our teachers and faculty consider it a great privilege to help students grow into their identity in Christ and discover their God-given purpose. Through engaging, challenging, and age-appropriate curriculum, we strive to help students develop critical thinking skills, become adept problem-solvers, and servant-hearted leaders to impact the world around them.

We recognize that you have plenty of options when it comes to the education of your children. We believe that strong, biblically-sound, Christian education is one of the most valuable investments you can make in your child’s future. If you are looking to surround your children with influences that will point your children towards Jesus and the absolute truth that is the Word, then we hope you will consider Waverly Christian School! Learning Beyond the Classroom

We’re passionate about learning beyond the classroom at Waverly Christian School! Part of our mission is to engage with the world around us and provide students with experiences that extend far beyond our four walls.

Field trips and outings will be an important part of our approach to education. From exploring local resources to engaging in meaningful experiences that tie into our curriculum, we’re excited to take our students on adventures that expand their learning in real-world settings.

We believe hands-on, outdoor, and off-campus learning will help our students grow in ways that a traditional classroom simply can’t.
